Why does this app exist?

I mean, I know why it exists, to help find clothing online that you cant find yourself. But, this app doesnt work. I used a picture of a white dress with a lace top and the first search result was all colorful dresses that looked nothing like the one I uploaded. The second search at least showed all white dresses, but none were anywhere near the one I was looking for.

This was a complete waste of my time.
